Comments Policy

1) Comments are moderated by the blog contributors and administrators.

2) Comments on this blog will only be responded to in direct response to the blog comment. The blogger will not respond privately via email or other communication method to a blog comment.

3) All positive or negative reactions to the blog post will be published. We acknowledge your freedom of expression.  Maybe your negative reaction to the facts presented regarding the issue is the result of your lack of information.

4) All comments will not be edited or censored. Even if the grammar or spelling makes the commenter looks stupid.

5) This blog is “family friendly”.  In the interest of fair play, no personal attacks are permitted in this blog’s comments. You may question or argue the content, but not attack the blogger, or any other commenter. Comments which include offensive or inappropriate language, or considered by the blog contributors and administrators to be rude and offensive will be deleted. Play nice.

6) Email addresses are required for commenting, and they are not published on the blog, nor shared.

7) Don’t leave time waster comment nonsense like “Cool”, “I like your article”, “You make a good point”, “I need this”, and “This is great.” A comment which does not add to the conversation runs of on an inappropriate tangent, or kills the conversation will be deleted.

8) Links must be relevant. For the most part, linking to another site is fine as long as it adds value to the conversation. Linking to other sites that have nothing to do with the blog post is spam as far as I’m concerned and will be deleted. This blog is setup to automatically hold any blog comment with more than two links in moderation, which may delay your comment from appearing on this blog. Any blog comment with more than four links could be marked as comment spam.

9) Comments must relate to the post topic. This website is here to help people, not for your advertising purposes.  If a comment is clearly spam, I will delete it. If the same person or IP makes spammy comments I will add their domain and IP address to the blacklist of our anti spam software. Most comment spam is caught automatically, but a few slip through from time to time.

10) Don’t use keywords in your comment form name – use your name, blog title, or a pseudonym that resembles a name you want to be known as.

11) If you leave a comment on this blog and it does not appear in a reasonable time period, and you know that it does not violate the above Comment Policies, contact the lord of the administrators (nobong {at} buraga dot org).
